Despite initial challenges, she expanded online in 2021 and then ventured into an offline store. By 2023, Mona celebrated the opening of her second store, marking significant growth. In 2024, Mona achieved a major milestone by opening an ethnic store with her best friend, Kajal Rajput, tapping into a new customer base.

Mona prioritized building a strong online presence alongside store expansions, attracting over 100K followers on social media.

Despite facing hurdles like fierce competition and securing funding, Mona’s passion drove her forward. She overcame self-doubt by networking with influencers and learning digital marketing.

With fashion, Mona also had the wish to own a cafe, and to fulfill that, she recently opened a tiny tea cafe by the name, Tea Tapari.
Mona’s vision is to empower women through fashion, and she wants every women to believe in themselves and work hard to achieve their dreams. Her proudest moments extend beyond business metrics, finding joy in customer satisfaction and family pride.

Looking ahead, Mona aims to elevate Style Bar into a national symbol of empowered fashionistas, with more stores, online expansion, and community engagement on the horizon.
