Despite early challenges, Mona expanded online in 2021, opened her first store, and by 2023, celebrated her second. In 2024, she launched an ethnic store with her best friend, Kajal Rajput, reaching a new audience. Alongside store growth, Mona built a strong online presence with over 100K followers, overcoming competition and funding hurdles through passion, influencer networking, and digital marketing.

Fulfilling another dream, she also opened a cozy tea café called Tea Tapari. Mona’s mission is to empower women through fashion, inspiring them to believe in themselves. Her proudest moments come from customer happiness and family pride. Looking ahead, she plans to grow Style Bar nationally, with more stores, online reach, and community initiatives.
